By accessing BelindaShave.co.uk and making use of the services offered by Belinda Shave you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. The website operates under English Law and you agree that you are responsible for compliance with any applicable laws. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this site. The materials contained in this website are protected by applicable copyright and trademark law.

Prices, fees and payments

Prices and fees are as stated on this website unless otherwise agreed. Payments are accepted as CASH or by BANK TRANSFER, and bank details will be provided on request. Full payment for lessons should be made on the day (if not before). 

Tuition blocks are a great way to save on lesson fees by paying upfront, and individual lessons can be scheduled to suit you and will be agreed in advance. Please note that Blocks fees are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed.

A 20% non-refundable deposit will be required to secure any booking for a Performance or Accompaniment unless otherwise agreed at time of  arrangement, and full payment made on the day of the event (if not before).

An invoice / receipt is available for all tuition and performances. It is provided electronically however a paper copy can be made available on request. 

Where an invoice is required to be raised against a purchase order for services, fees are payable within seven (7) days.

From time to time it may be necessary to increase prices and fees shown on this website, and where applicable to you, you will be given advance notice. Increases to existing pre-paid Tuition blocks or fees agreed for Performances and Accompaniments where a deposit has already been paid would not normally apply unless circumstances relating to the booking have changed that warrant a change in fees. Any such changes will be subject to discussion and agreement.

Cancellations and refunds

On occasion it may be necessary for Belinda to re-arrange a lesson, and she will make effort to give as much notice as reasonably possible and any cancellation by Belinda will be made up on another occasion as agreed. As lessons are done in your home, travelling maybe subject to unexpected traffic and road conditions requiring an element of flexibility on time. 

Within reason, Belinda will be flexible with the booking and rescheduling of lessons and other services as she knows that sometimes things happen. Please make every effort to let her know as far ahead of time as possible to discuss alternative arrangements. However, please be aware that any booked tuition cancelled or rescheduled by you less than 48hrs in advance will be treated as a chargeable lesson (and count as a lesson within a Tuition block if applicable). Tuition Blocks are non-refundable if you change your mind, decide not to continue and not use your pre-paid time. 

Deposits for Performances or Accompaniments are non-refundable if you change your mind or decide not to go ahead with the booking at a later date. Cancellations made less than 7 days in advance will be subject to 50% of the remaining balance and cancellation less than 48hrs will subject to full payment.

Payment for missed / cancelled tuition, performance or accompaniment will be expected to be made within seven (7) days. 

Refunds maybe authorised under exceptional circumstances only and need to be agreed with Belinda. Any refunds will be made by Bank Transfer.

You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Belinda Shave from and against all losses, expenses, damages and costs, resulting from any violation of this Agreement (including negligent or wrongful conduct) by you or any other person accessing the website.

Revision of materials

BelindaShave.co.uk does not promise that the site will be error-free, uninterrupted, nor that it will provide specific results from use of the site or any content on the site. The use of the site is solely your own choice and it is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. Your sole and exclusive remedy with respect to any defect in or dissatisfaction with the site is to cease using the site. BelindaShave.co.uk may make changes to the materials contained on its web site at any time without notice.

The Linked Sites are not under the control of Belinda Shave and she is not responsible for the contents of any Linked Site. BelindaShave.co.uk may revise these Terms of Use for its website at any time without notice. By using this website, you agree to be bound by the current version of these Terms of Use. Where changes relate to Prices, fees & payments, or Cancellations and refunds you will receive advance notice of any changes impacting existing agreements.
